About EDAM

Our staff’s wellbeing is important to us. That’s why we provide regular wellness clinics in our offices to encourage staff to take care of themselves mentally, financially and physically.

Our wellbeing committee come together to review what we need to have available to our team. We provide meditation, exercise and mental health support sessions regularly. We also have trained mental health first aiders available to anyone in need.

Learning Hub

Our team commit 2 hours per month to training modules that fit with their current roles or provide insight into other roles they may be considering across the business.
