Creating business leaders of the future with new development initiative

Here at EDAM, we have revealed plans to further secure the foundations of our 2020 Vision. Branded the Top Right Leadership Programme, the initiative underpins our intentions for strategic development and growth over the next two years, whilst building upon our core values of innovation, respect, integrity, passion and fun as one team.

We have invested heavily in the new scheme, working with an external provider during 2018 in order to roll out the Top Right Programme, which encompasses the neuroscience of leadership. It aims to establish and encourage a strong leadership team, driven by a continuous cycle of feedback, action planning, development and delivery of programme objectives.

Valuing and nurturing our people is key to ensuring the business maintains its market-leading levels of customer service – essential during our continued growth in the credit hire industry.

Our commitment to investing in individuals who are outstanding is at the heart of EDAM culture, resulting in an inspiring work environment backed up by state of the art facilities. Providing new and exciting opportunities for growth and development ensures that our team members are fully supported to be market leading service providers who flourish in their roles and are passionate about the business at all levels.

The 18 month programme is individually tailored to suit each person and their ambitions within the business and is built around four pre-defined pillars of trustworthiness, inspiration, influence and commercial focus.

More than 90 of our team members are currently taking part in the programme, embracing EDAM’s continuing commitment to its people, for which we have recently won two awards.

A Night On The Streets
On December 17th three members of the team from the EDAM Group took to the streets of Manchester, to raise awareness of Homelessness in the UK supported by the Charity Depal UK.  For many of us Homelessness is unimaginable, so the prospect of sleeping rough on a Friday Night in central Manchester was going to definitely test them.
