EDAM celebrates 12-month partnership with John Clark Motor Group

Here at EDAM Group, the UK’s market leading service provider of credit hire and post-accident services, we are celebrating a milestone as we have worked in partnership with Scottish car dealer, John Clark Motor Group for 12 months.

John Clark, which operates across 36 sites including five bodyshops, provides its Accident Assist package free of charge to customers involved in a non-fault accident. It ensures drivers are back on the road with minimum disruption and maximum attention to detail and repairs can be carried out by a John Clark bodyshop close to home, using genuine manufacturer parts.

We work as an extension of John Clark Motor Group, which represents a number of global prestige manufacturers, including Audi, BMW, Jaguar and Land Rover, to deliver our Accident Assist package and pride ourself upon the constant provision of an exceptional partner-branded customer journey from start to finish.

Thanks to the recent opening of our new vehicle depot in Falkirk, John Clark Accident Assist is able to provide customers with fast and efficient vehicle replacements – one of the many benefits of the year long business partnership.

Widely recognised for our market-leading and award-winning levels of customer service, we are sharing both our expertise and resources with John Clark Accident Assist customers to offer a seamless 24-hour service at no extra cost to them.
