Here at EDAM Group, the UK’s market leading service provider of credit hire and post-accident services, we have strengthened our senior leadership team with the appointment of Lesley Jackson as Chief Commercial Officer and Helen Morris as Claims Director. Our new additions reinforce our position as a major force in the credit-hire market and will support us as we look to deliver further growth.
Lesley joins us with a strong background in both credit hire and insurance, having previously worked at Ageas Insurance, as a Senior Performance Manager and Strategic Relationship Manager. The role will enable Lesley to take a proactive lead to further develop our commercial strategy, which includes our highly regarded customer experience and service.
With a background both in the sector and wider financial and commercial roles, Helen brings a wealth of commercial and business transformation experience to the Claims Director role. In this position, Helen will be responsible for further developing our relationships with the insurers of at-fault drivers, including negotiating agreements to facilitate efficiency benefits in cost recovery to further aid growth. Helen will also work strategically with the end to end business to drive performance ensuring effective cash collection in a timely manner.
