Overview of Role:

You will be working with your team to provide our Operations Department with administration support, collecting and maintaining accurate information.


Key tasks will include:

  • General administration duties
  • Talking with people to gather the information we need to handle our clients claims
  • Updating client records
  • Offering support to your colleagues where needed
  • Developing your skills (such as organisational, time management, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills) your knowledge and gaining valuable experience
  • Completing your 6 month kickstart placement
