Operations Support Specialist

Overview of Role: As operation support specialist, your key responsibility will be to support the operations department in ensuring the high level of quality and customer service through review, audit and feedback.

Key tasks will include:

  • Support the operations department during extended team leader absence.
  • Contribute to the #oneteam delivery of your teams projects and objectives
  • Generate a customer excellence culture and manage the day to day delivery of our Customer Standards and Promises
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues and complaints
  • Support the Team Manager in compiling, reviewing and reporting on department quality and service.
  • Carry out quality audits across the dept, feeding findings into the Team Manager for performance development planning
  • Update & maintain coaching SOAP for individual handlers
  • Create, deliver and evaluate coaching support which maximizes performance
  • Ensure that the department meet all internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Detailed review of on hire & pending cases in line with current business processes
  • Authorising repairs on files in line with business standards.
